Product Warranty
We offer a full three-year warranty on residential products from the date of installation, covering hardware, caulking, sweeps, seals, and adjustments.
For commercial products, we offer a full one-year warranty on hardware, caulking, seals, and labour.
If we are unable to repair any issues with the hardware or seals, we will replace them at no additional charge.
Care & Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your glass and mirror products, we recommend avoiding harsh cleaning products. For best results, use soap, water, and a squeegee as needed, or purchase Dragon Glass & Mirror Inc.’s foam-based glass and mirror cleaning products.
